This map shows the boundaries of the 12 Scout Districts that make up the Royal County of Berkshire. Click on a District above to find out more about a District, but they are:
  1. Kennet District - broadly Newbury and the western end of the county stretching to Hungerford.
  2. Loddon District - Woodley, Twyford, Wargrave and surrounding areas.
  3. Maidenhead and District.
  4. Pang Valley District - the western side of Reading, but stretching out to Pangbourne & Burghfield.
  5. East Reading District - includes Earley and Lower Earley. This District has now been split and merged with Reading Central and Loddon Districts
  6. Reading Central District - stretches from Caversham in the north, south through the Oxford Road area, Whiteknights and Whitley to Shinfield.
  7. Slough District.
  8. South Berkshire District - stretches from Bracknell through Crowthorne to Sandhurst.
  9. South East Berkshire District - broadly Bracknell & Ascot.
  10. Taceham Hundred District - including Thatcham, Cold Ash, Compton, Hermitage & Woolhampton.
  11. Windsor and Eton District
  12. Wokingham and District.
