Taster session for a potential new Cub Pack |
| |
| A session was held on 12th
July for young people in the Arborfield area who are interested in
joining a new Cub Pack there. Some couldn't get there, but
these six joined Akela and some of the Beaver Scouts for a walk
on a sunny evening and the chance to meet new friends and have a bit
of a chat. The plan is to open the Pack in the Autumn. |

Beavers visit The District Centenary Camp |
| |
Three of the Colony's Beavers who visited the District's
Centenary Camp at Ellis's Hill Farm where there was a programme of
fun and activities for all ages. Scouting has been around in the
Wokingham area for a hundred years this year. There are more
pictures of the various activities on the
recent events page. |

| The recently reopened 1st Arborfield Group held its
first meeting on Monday 26th April. At this stage the Group consists
of just an enthusiastic Beaver Colony for 6 and 7 year olds meeting
weekly 17:45 - 19:00 |
